Welcome to my 99th tip of the month! - this one being on Selling..... Just a short tip this month. Go at the same speed as them - if they are impatient, get to the point quickly, miss out all the detail, just cut to the benefits they will get. - if they are picky take plenty of time to cover all the detail - rushing them will not be possible and will only annoy them. - if they are relaxed and friendly, take time to get to know them and wait for them to be ready to talk about work. As with all the sales tips, this applies to social situations and work/persuasion situations too.
